Capabilities

The whole line

Design, print, laminate, convert. Four steps that usually mean four suppliers, run here as one line under one roof — which is why our lead times are what they are.

01

Creative design & pre-packing

We begin with innovative, brand-focused designs and meticulously prepare your artwork to guarantee a flawless final product.

Colour separation, trapping, step-and-repeat and cylinder proofing happen in-house, so what you approve on screen is what comes off the press.

02

High-quality printing

Our advanced rotogravure and flexographic printing presses bring your designs to life with up to 10+ colours and premium finishes like glossy, matte, and spot varnish.

Rotogravure for long runs and photographic detail; flexo for shorter runs and faster changeovers.

Durable material engineering

We utilise state-of-the-art lamination and extrusion coating to create high-performance plastic and paper materials that provide superior protection and sustainability.

Solventless lamination to 1270 mm and dual-die, four-screw extrusion coating to 1250 mm.

Manufacturing

Our high-capacity machines are capable of manufacturing a broad range of rolls and specialised bags, ensuring efficiency and flexibility to meet any need.

4,500 tonnes a year across three plants, converting to rolls or to any of fifteen bag formats.

Working together

How an order actually runs

Six steps from the first call to a pallet on your dock. Step five is the one most suppliers leave out.

  1. 01

    Initial contact

We start with the product, not the pack. What it is, how it fails, and how fast your line runs.

  2. 02

    Solution selection

We study it and come back with the structure and the printing method that suit it, including when that is the cheaper option.

  3. 03

    Design creation

If you have artwork we prepare it. If you do not, our team draws it.

  4. 04

    Execution

Production begins only once you have signed off the proof. Nothing goes on a cylinder before that.

  5. 05

    Supervision & participation

You are invited to stand at the press while your job runs. Colour is easier to agree on in the room than over email.

  6. 06

    Customization

Where a client needs the process bent — a split delivery, a staged run, a particular reel diameter — it gets bent.
