About
Since 1971
Aladawy Pack specialises in manufacturing and printing flexible packaging materials. With 55 years of experience, we pride ourselves on being a globally trusted partner in packaging and printing.

The story
Built one press at a time
Tharwat Aladawy started the company in 1971, printing film for the food producers of the Nile Delta. The equipment was modest and the market was small, but the standard was set early: if the pack fails, the product fails.
That standard is what took the company from one plant to three, from a single press to rotogravure lines running 10 colours at 1270 millimetres, and from Mansoura to shelves in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Libya.
Today the second generation runs it. The bet is the same one.
Vision
“To foster mutual trust with clients by offering advanced printing and packaging solutions anchored in sustainability and shared success.”
Values
Three things we hold to
-
01
Collaboration & partnership
We are a supplier only on the invoice. On everything else we work as part of your production team.
-
02
Commitment & credibility
Dates we commit to are dates we hit. Specifications we quote are specifications we ship.
-
03
Modern, artistic design
Our pre-press team treats your artwork as design work, not as a file to be processed.
Certification
Audited, not asserted
Four international standards, maintained across all three plants.
- ISO 9001:2015
- Quality management
- ISO 14001:2015
- Environmental management
- ISO 22000:2018
- Food safety management
- ISO 45001:2018
- Occupational health & safety

Why here
Nine reasons buyers stay
-
01
Design, print and convert in one place
One supplier from the first artwork proof to the finished roll, so nothing is lost in a handover between three of them.
-
02
We specify before you commit
The structure gets worked out with you before anything is quoted, which is cheaper than discovering the barrier was wrong after the first run.
-
03
A pre-press team, not a file queue
Your artwork is treated as design work. Separation, trapping and proofing happen here, by people who will tell you when a colour will not hold.
-
04
Priced against the run, not the list
Rotogravure gets materially cheaper above 25,000 units, and we will say so rather than quoting you the same rate at every volume.
-
05
Four export markets
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Libya, alongside Egypt. The paperwork and the shelf conventions of each are known quantities here.
-
06
55 years of it
The same family, the same plants, and a client list where the long relationships are the ones worth reading.
-
07
The plant keeps being rebuilt
Press speeds to 350 m/min and solventless lamination to 400 m/min are recent, not original. The equipment list is a moving one.
-
08
Supervision after delivery
A pack that runs badly on your filling line is our problem too. We follow the job onto the line rather than closing it at the gate.
-
09
Named suppliers, not anonymous stock
Henkel adhesives, Sun Chemicals and Sigwerk inks, Uflex and Gindal films. You can check every input we run.

In their words
Three people, one bet

From the Chairman
We firmly believe that hard work and strict commitment are the true paths to lasting success for the generations that follow. Thanks to our workers, their expertise, and values we have not moved on since the first factory opened, we have become part of the national economic fabric.

From the CEO
Over 55 years our plants have been rebuilt and their productivity raised, which is what puts them among the leading Egyptian facilities printing flexible packaging. We develop the mechanical systems continuously and against global standards, and we hold cost control and technical discipline to the same line.

From the Vice Chairman
Packaging is where a brand meets its customer, so we treat the design and the after-sales supervision as one job rather than two. Exporting to four markets has taught us that what works on a shelf in Cairo is not automatically what works on one in Riyadh, and we specify accordingly.
